ATEM Cabinet fees

Our services are usually invoiced on a time basis at hourly rates of 300,00€ excl. Tax for a partner and 200,00€ excl. Tax for an associate. They are increased by VAT at the applicable rate and, if necessary, by the costs, disbursements and other applicable taxes. When our services can be precisely determined beforehand (for example: the drafting of a formal notice, the drafting of a license or assignment agreement, the review of a personal data protection clause, the performance of an intellectual property audit, etc.), we are able to provide you with a budget estimate. In certain cases, we can even intervene in return for a fixed fee established beforehand.

When we intervene on a regular basis for a client, we can also offer monthly subscription packages.

Generally speaking, and except in specific cases, our services are invoiced at the end of the month. Our fee notes always specify the details of the work done. A provision of fees can be requested at the opening of the file.

Payment may be made by check or bank transfer within 30 days of the invoice date, after which time penalties for late payment and a flat-rate indemnity shall apply in accordance with the provisions of Article L 441-10-II of the French Commercial Code.
